About Me
Hi, I’m Anya Taylor, a professional photographer with over 30 years of experience behind the camera.
I began my photography career in 1994 and have worked across many areas of the industry, including press, PR, sports, portraits, weddings and commercial photography. Over the years, I’ve photographed people of all ages and personalities, so I know how important it is to create a relaxed environment where everyone can feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
In 2016 I founded Lacara Child Model and Talent Agency. Having worked closely with children, families and clients within the modelling and media industries for many years, I understand exactly what makes a strong, natural and professional headshot.
I have a dedicated home photography studio for Lacara headshot sessions, providing a friendly and relaxed setting for children and young people who need new or updated agency photographs.
My aim is to capture each child naturally — keeping their photographs fresh, simple and full of personality, while creating the type of images that clients and casting professionals need to see.
The studio is easily accessible, with convenient parking and train connections, allowing sessions to be kept comfortable, straightforward and enjoyable for both children and parents.

Studio location
Based in Chafford Hundred, close to Lakeside shopping centre, the studio is easy access for those travelling by car or train. We are just a 5 minute walk from Chafford Hundred Train station on the C2C Line (the station that is used for Lakeside shopping centre) or 5 minutes off of the M25 junction and with parking available outside. When booking is confirmed, full address will be supplied
